In update 1.1.0.34, after a kick with the reason "STALLED", the saved set of equipment is saved, but sometimes when kicked with the same reason it is deleted. Please check this.

I absolutely agree, this happens very often and it makes me angry. You shoot at the windows in the car, or shoot from a grenade launcher, but the driver survives and moves on. After being fired from a grenade launcher, the car may not even catch fire.
