Same issue happens to me, I load into a game with less than 100 ping and I cannot do anything pull weapon out, open doors , anything. but run >.>

This Has Happened to me as well Twice!! But however the second time was me replicating it. Step 1.)Get on top of the roof of Any Building.

                Step 2.)Go Crouch or hit "X" if u use the default keys
                Step 3.)Get near the ladder to get the option to Climb down ladder
                Step 4.)Hit "F" to Climb down ladder

Then your ladder will become a Human Launching Slingshot. You will hit the ground or roof below then it will teleport you back on to the ladder like nothing happened, then 2sec later go to Black screen saying "You Are Dead"

Sounds like "combat logging" imo.

I have played around with this issue as well but have noticed something, by using the Space Bar, u can raise or lower your Rifle or compass. if in your case u hit the Space Bar to raise the Compass when u switch to another Item it will make u stop but if u hit the Space Bar to lower the Compass then Switch to another item the action will NOT stop your Character's movement. Same applies to a weapon. Feel free to test this for your self to see the outcome.

Same bug has happened to me as well on the Fire Station in Cherno and Elektro. If you Crouch then get near the ladder to receive the option to "Climb Down Ladder" then hit "F" key your character will run and jump off the roof hit the bottom then port back up to the top of the ladder in the climbing down animation like nothing happened, then 1sec later you get a black screen saying "You are Dead" this has happened twice to me already very annoying indeed.

Yes!! I get this issue as well, although I was in Skype with some friends and When I left clicked the mouse showed up on the other screen and was over top the end call button >.>
