You're welcome. Finally I can tell to the people from my community that it's a confirmed bug and not a bad server configuration which makes me happy.
I wonder for how long this bug was present?
What the hell is this BIS? No ponds, no amphibious vehicles. Do you wait to add this feature in some sort of SPLENDID DLC?
A3 without SPLENDID JSRS is nothing. No offence BIS sound dept. guys but this is the true.
We already have evenHandlers for a bunch of other things, so how hard can it be to add them to explosions aswell.
And you know what really grinds my gears the most? No single word from BI DEV here or on the forums. Yes we know that you read all of this and probably saw it, but some single post from you would be great! LJ himself need to go after Dwarden to ask about this issue.
I splendidly please BIS to add this splendid feature to A3 :)

OK I didn't knew that. But there should be two kinds of brakes. Normal ones and a parking brake. Normal brake should be independent and separated from the throttle input.
All right, we got this in Heli DLC AFM but I think that this taxi implementation is very lazy from the BIS part because the helicopters are not rolling on their wheels, they are hovering at a very small altitude. And a brake under action menu and not under a key? Are you kidding me?
I think BIS don't care about optimizations (64bit, multi-threading) that can take huge resources, sure they will add some small SPLENDID fixes to calm people dawn from update to update but they just really wait for people to have better PC where FPS won't be the issue.
