At second I encountered this too and yes your character is probably gone.
Seems like you leave the truck immediately after being kicked thus you are dead.
Right after Eugene stated that the kick function is gonna be removed I was able to get on every server without a kick. Right now tbh it is again very hard to get not kicked if joining said servers. And yes I can feel you. When playing mainly at the peek time it is hard to find a server where you can get an experience that is not "get KoSed in the first 20min".

My guess is that you have an unsupported Windows copy or test signing mode is activated.
If you start up your PC do you get a message in the right corner at the bottom saying "Testmode >your OS<"?

A screenshot and your configuration would be useful.

You need to start with the -dologs parameter.
In Steam rightclick DayZ->Properties->Startparameter.

The name of the hacker is required otherwise it is hard to help you.

Can you upload a screenshot? At this moment more than one seat in the back is not possible and disabled as far as I know. Funny that you can bypass that.

Try tweaking your configuration a bit. There are plenty of guides for that on reddit and in the steamforums.
