Yes, confirmed.
This happened to me when changing channel on teamspeak and then trying to return to the game, is really annoying when you are looting silently in a city.
Confirmed, same issue here.
Some days ago, a friend of mine looted his past dead body and I found that his shirt was totally invisible, both of us could see the objects behind his chest, so, maybe this is possible and some players know how to deal with this.
I was thinking that maybe the guy who killed corellor was hacking, is another possibility
I have seen this problem in other locations like Supermarkets, doesn't happened to me yet, but I have seen friends with the half of their body underground, and they can see themselves in the same way.
This sounds more like a hardware issue than a Game issue, I recommend you to check your temperatures at full load (RAM, Motherboard, CPU).
Check your PSU, maybe the Power Supply has a problem and needs to be changed (there are PSU checkers you can find easily). Sometimes it could even be the Hard drive, this happen to me 2 years ago.
Normally, when a software problem comes, the PC just restarts, when the PC turns off is about hardware and maybe temperatures.
Good Luck on that.
I had the same issues when I started playing, and I think that these stuff adds more to the experience, because in those circunstances you don't know where you are and you don't have a map.
I have used online maps to try to locate myself in Chernarus and I feel desperate when looking for the same word structure in the map (part of the immersion, IMO), and that feature of appearing somewhere too far from the sea is great, it adds tension to the moment when you do not know where you are.
Yes, confirmed.
I don't know if they will leave the tents empty, but it would be great to find some corpses you can loot or something, so you can enter the tent to try to find something, even basic supplies.
For realism stuff, I agree with Holylance, you don't need both hands to hold the flashlight, maybe for other uses like making the light being still, but not for pointing normally, IMO.
I agree with psalm, maybe this could be an immediate solution by now, when the player is holding the light, but not when leaving it in some place.
I have seen that is not only the "light through the wall" problem, I played two days ago and I saw the wall outside the building like pointing the light source outside the building and right in front of the source, so it looks like someones is pointing the wall outside in the opposite direction.
And for all talking about this as an ARMA issue, yes, is true, I found it out int he mod after being killed lots of times and then see other players with the same light problem, so, maybe this will not be easy to archieve.
