Restarted computer. Now it's working again. I can't explain this behaviour. Something is moking DayZ Experimental, which can be fixed with a fresh restart, but it doesn't work always.
Maybe it has something to do with my overlays? I use Shadowplay and DXtory at the same time.

Nope I'm sorry. The issue is back today.
BEService is running, but again the game freezes at the moment I click on "connect" in the server lobby.
Tried to connect to multiple experimental servers. No chance to get on one.
Eugen tweeted something about a windows service which isn't working as purposed and gave the tip with restarting.
Restarted computer after installation of new BattleEye Client. Still doesn't work.
Maybe the service is still not working.
Keeping you updated.
Sorry guys for the many notes in such a short time.
Managed to get it to work!
The problem was that the service "BEService" wasn't running, even after restarting the computer. I started it manually via Windows TaskManager and I can connect to servers now. Strange waa the fact that BattleEye made another update after restarting BEService manually (as mentioned above).
Now it runs like it used to.
Maybe you can use this information to help others or to improve UpdateServices.

Could fix it by sitting next to a fire with the message "slowly warming up" for nearly 30 minutes. Took a long time but it worked.
The status "cold" in character inventory is still missing anyway.
Hi Andy and digital magicians of DayZ SA,
same with my character on a private server.
No status like "hot" or "cold", just things like "(rapidly) cooling off" and "(rapidly) warming up". My temps are stuck on 35°C. Even sitting in a fire ("I am burning") can't help me getting better.
Scoping trough a weapon is pretty impossible in this state.
Tried to use a splint, morphine, painkillers, anti-biotics, etc.. No success.

The screenshots were made during sunset, 5:40 pm server time, in stary sobor.
Issue seems to be solved since the new stable update 0.51!
Thank you for your great work guys.

Patched back to stable 0.50 and it's working again ("adapter=-1;" in ".cfg"). I got the game on my primary monitor and the GTX. Seems to work fine.
As soon as I patch back to experimental the issue is back again.
I guess it really is an issue with the changes made in the latest experimental update. I hope you find the problem-causing program-snippet. =)
Greetings
Hello,
With the new Exprimental update 0.51.125405 the issue is still there. Just for keeping you updated.

Cedrick
Tested on Experimental 0.51.125504
I am forced to test it with the integrated display only right now, cause I am on a road trip [gaming notebook FTW ;)]. No second display connected to HDMI.
No matter what I write into the configuration file ("DayZ.cfg") to the line "adapter", the game uses the integrated (weak) Intel HD 4600 graphics.
I tried to run DayZ Experimental in windowed mode, too. No success with integrated monitor only. DayZ refuses to use the GTX.
Hardware configuration:
Like I said above, the notebook-display is hardware-connected to the integrated graphics (Intel HD4600). The GTX has the HDMI-connection and is able to "stream it's signal" trough the integrated graphics to the notebook-display. Just like in every gaming notebook with a similar configuration.
All other games are working. I had some similar issues in "Arma 3" some stable updates ago.

Cedrick
