Releasing button while mouse moving cause stuck of action attached to it.
Seems the problem occurs for all actions who looped while button is pressed. (turbo, movement, inventory, zoom in/out, etc...)

1. • Steps To Reproduce:
2. Connect to server.
3. Push any key or something from "W,S,A,D" (for an illustrative example).
4. Start to move your mouse while holding button.
5. Then release button while still moving the mouse.
6. done. the action is now should be looped.
   • Specs:

Game version: 0.50.125073 / Experimental branch
OS: Windows 7 (64bit) | Windows 10 (64bit)

• Temporary solution:

Do not move mouse while using action keys.
If action already looped you should reuse button attached to this action while not moving mouse.

Hm, i going a try to translate...
He said that he cannot do any actions, except running, on any server. Problem appeared after first patch arrived and exists till now. Items can be managed in inventory, but with huge delay (more than 4 minutes). Same thing with taunts and shortcut bar(123...0) - not responding.
