Either this or some indicator for how close to sated you are. I know that takes from "realism", but in the back end your hunger/thirst are numbers, why not expose that in the form of a meter. I could see an outline of a human, with one half red and one half blue. The blue side is water, red side is food, and when the meter reaches the top of your head you are "full" of either water or food.
Saw this bug last night, uploaded a screenshot of it. Should be easy to reproduce. Put flashlight in your pants (havent tried other articles of clothing), put it in your slot 1, turn it on. Now walk over to some pants on the ground, open up your inventory so you see it in VICINITY, and drag the new pants onto your body. The flashlight stays ghosted in your inventory, as OP said it's strange. I had to put the pants back on, exit inventory, and turn off the flashlight for this to correct itself.
Same thing happened to me this morning, yet I have no tangible proof to provide unfortunately. I climbed to the top of a tower crane East of Cherno, near an under construction building. I was crouched against the rail in first person view, and then went to stand. This clipped me through the railing and I fell. I landed on the crane bottom, just above the ground. I was not dead, and was standing, and seemingly took no damage. The whole reason I climbed up there was to escape 2 zombies, so I tried to get down off the crane and get back to the ladder so they wouldn't attack me. Going to the ground then totally crippled my legs, made me take massive damage like I fell from a great height. I feel like it couldn't have been more than a few feet drop, but it all happened so fast I do not specifically recall.
