Conflicting item description between cursor mouseover and in inventory

Description

Found a kiwi, when I put my cursor on it it said it was a "Fresh Kiwi". I then pulled up my inventory, and in the VICINITY window, it said it was a "Rotten Kiwi". I uploaded the images to my steam account, the links are below:

I have only seen this bug once, as a developer myself these are the bugs that tick me off cuz I have no way to reproduce :(

Additional Information

I'm not 100% certain my game version is correct. The bug happened on December 18, 2013 around 5AM GMT. A page for finding out what game version was live at what date/time would be useful, just a suggestion.
