To join another server:

1. Press Esc.
2. Press Exit.

It's hard to tell what's going on in the screenshot. Trying going into 3rd person view by pressing Enter on your Numpad. Maybe you can't move because your character is standing in the middle of something or you're sitting?

If all else fails, try closing the game (Alt F4 or force close from task manager).

Then when you restart it, try joining another server.

If you join another server and still can't move, I would try closing the game, and changing your steam screen name. I heard that changing your steam name starts a new character as a current bug. You'll possibly lose all your stuff but maybe you'll be able to move.

I tried filling my water bottle in a small creek and it was nearly impossible. I tried standing waist deep in the water, searching around for a way to get it but there was only one spot on the body of water where it was possible to do it. It was toward the edge near a rock.

Personally I haven't found food and water to be so rare. Try going to the Zelenogorck or Elektro grocery stores. You can also find water pumps in every town that you can drink from directly.

I agree with the bleeding system, though. There needs to be something equivalent to the DayZ mod's health meter. Maybe in the tab menu much like with thirst and hunger there can be a "Healthy" meter that changes colors/text.

I experienced this by the coast just after I spawned in for the first time. It was also night time if that has anything to do with it.
