Description

The text for the Shoe Item in the Character Editor is cut off at the beginning and end.

Expected Result:
There should be some way to see what the item is called. Maybe when the user mouses over the field it gives the full description?

Steps To Reproduce

On the Starting Screen Click "Character"
Observe that the field for choosing "Shoes" has the text cut off in an awkward way.
