Description

When you press "No" when asked if you would really like to respawn, it respawns you anyway.

Steps To Reproduce

Die or go unconscious
Press Esc and click Respawn
A menu will come up asking if you really want to respawn. Click "No"
Observe that you are momentarily brought back to the "You are dead" screen and then your character respawns.
