I would like to confirm that this is still an issue as of 0.61.138602. Just tried very recently to fish in the sea and was not awarded a Mackerel for a successful attempt.

Can confirm, Hand Drill Kit was consumed when I ignited a fireplace. Tested it twice, once on a fireplace made using rags and another made using oak bark. My kit was consumed each time.

I have had this same issue, along with four other people playing on the same server with me.
