It is, its a loot spawn issue. I believe this is caused by the same thing that the Lantern is plagued with. Many of the situations where it is placed on the ground, its very difficult to get it to show in vicinity, where as some positions it shows right up.
Seemingly random, occasionally its right at load in, other times I can walk around for about 5 minutes. Then crash to desktop.
Its not 100% of the time. It usually happens only after climbing up or down the stairs.
Mostly I just take a small amount of damage, which destroys shoes and pants. Experienced a fracture a few times as well. Haven't died in one yet though.

Actually the Axe hit zone is the tip of the axe. It might feel a little different now because the animation changed.
Current spawn system is only temporary. As for the speed, I love it. The first time I jumped in game, I was in the middle off cherno and had some zombie sprint up an leap at me actually scared me a bit.
If you don't have any weapons to fight, then if you sprint with no weapon you can get away from them fairly easily. I don't see a problem.
I can verify this as well.
7.62x51 is a NATO round.
Most Mosin Nagants are chambered in 7.62x54R
Found that this happens only to the Red Dot sight for the M4.
Both the iron sights and the ACOG scopes are normal when viewed from prone.
However the Red Dot is bugged.
If you try and vault into the castle you will sink into its floor and may glitch through the walls.
Ok found a bit of a fix, at least makes it a bit easier to fill the bottles.
I still propose that this be looked into.
- Acquire 2 empty water bottles
- Empty your hands by clicking the red X
- Drag the first bottle to fill into hands
- Fill the bottle
- Empty hands with the red X
- Drag second bottle to hands
- Fill it.
Still a bit cumbersome but its much easier and less time consuming then before.
The zombies work on a check point system, Your character will make checkpoints as he walks and the zombies follow those checkpoints. If the zombie looses sight it will follow X number more checkpoints until he stops following.
I experience this as well.
No message suggesting the water has been purified, and all the tablets are gone.
Doesn't matter how many are in your inventory.
For me the clips are cut and very choppy as well. As if the sounds start and then stop before they finish.
Changed details as I have a better understanding of whats happening.
