Lazercat added a comment to T100404: Run up hills.

Running uphill or stairs should be really possible.
Seems not realistic.

I totally agree! In general the character movements should get smoother. Still feels like beeing in a robot movement simulation, than in an apocalyptic game where the last thing you should worry is your character movement.

Lazercat added a comment to T100191: Bug Exploit to Always Sprint - On Any Hill or Stairs.

Hey Accolyte, thx for the quick response. :)

Sure I'm aware of not being able to sprint upstairs or uphill like on a horizontical level, but I think the way the "walking slow upwards" is not smooth & fluent in progressive movements. Thats what I wanted to say. It should be able to sprint a bit, like you can in real life, but then get tired quickly and have to slow it down.

As the status is today, it feels like being trapped when you're chased by a bandit/zombie and have to slow down right as the hill/stairs starts.

I think you know what I mean ;)

Lazercat added a comment to T100022: player movement controls seem totally broken.

They should improve the character movements in general. Would be a much closer feeling beeing in an apocalypse-scenario, if character movements would be smoother like in current triple A games.
