I'm sorry but there's no bug in here. Closing.
I don't see a problem in this. Is there some specific gameplay problem caused by this? Wrist watch is something else than digital map (tablet like).
Update: It really seems to be related with killing AI. Our programmer is looking into it.
I managed to reproduce the issue. We are investigating it.
I inspected the repro but it's working just fine for me without the TroopMon3. You can notice it on the video that when you change the observation from west to east the position of planned path of ai changes to approx player's position. That worries me because it seem that TroopMon3 is doing something that is not helping to repro. However I went further and tried different difficulties and I have important conclusion.
The AI is planning path in bigger "circles" in which is looking for the player. Which is correct - AI tries harder to resolve the threat. On lower difficulties they went to the last known position of me(player) and when they didn¨t find anything, leader called them back.
This seems to me as correct behaviour. I'm not sure what happened on the video but the troopmon seems a bit unreliable or maybe a possibility that Ai planned bigger circle and accidentaly saw you. But that seems unlikely since they started shooting before they could actually see you.
I hope this will explain this weirdness. I won't close the bug yet in case you¨d have another repro.

I set this to need more info though I can't find the info here. Please understand that play the game is not a valid info for us. I just tried the night showcase on expert difficulty and it was perfectly playable for me. I wasn't spotted on 1 km away while prone and I really tried. I just would like to stress that this discussion will lead us nowhere and believe me, I would like to understand in which cases is the AI too precise. Now all I can see is "play the game". I'm really sorry but you can't help the game with info like this. Also I would like to add that AI uses last knwon position as someone here stated. I'm still patiently waiting for better repro situation especially after we nerfed the values of ranges and accuracy.
I would like to investigate but I need much better repro. Please create a simple mission in which you support your statement and I will look into it.

I'm closing this because the pistols do a lot of damage. It takes two rounds close range to take down a guy with helmet. This seems ok to me. If you're using pistol on more than 50 m I'd be surprised if you can hit or kill with one shot IRL especially when the enemy is wearing helmet or vest. In a game we of course make it even more lethal but 9mm pistols are really not that powerful as several people mentioned here.
If you can reproduce the situation in a simple mission I will investigate.
