I had the same Problems.
My solution:
- Restart in the server, Message "You are dead"
- loged out and loged in again, same Massage, but no active "restart" Button
- log out and change the server.. it Works
- go back to the other server wait 5 Minutes (-.-)
- play
(this happened three times: in Solnichny, Elektrozavodsk (power plant) and in Dubky)

confirm. no chance to escape from a zombie by closing a door .
(this is a problem when you restart after dying and become hunted by a zombie, it makes no fun)
