Thanks for your replies guys, but I'd like to add to this too, it's not due to starving or thirst either.. As I have to bandage and it's often a thud noise, only explanation is being hit by a zombie.. That isn't there.. Spooky!

I heard this too.. But sometimes the zombies are invisible because I got hit by them..
