With NVidia Optimus the integrated device in EVERY game I've encountered will always appear as the only display device. I just configured Optimus to user NVidia for DxDiag, and it still shows Integrated in the list.

This is normal behavior as far as I have observed.

1. Hyperthreading has been enabled from the very beginning. No other game experiences any problems.

2. No I don't. Please read the attached log files:

ErrorMessage: Cannot create DX11 device:

  Adapter (NVIDIA GeForce GT 555M    ) Windowed
  Resolution 1024x768, format R8G8B8A8_UNORM, refresh 0 Hz
  Error E_FAIL

This is a laptop with NVidia Optimus technology. GeForce GT 555M is used for this game.

Steam check: ok
DxDiag: latest updates, nothing to repair
