v0.49

pc specs: cpu fx6300 3.5ghz, gpu R9 280X 3gb, 16gb ram

Sun "glare" through all solid objects (walls, trees, fences, hills, mountain, etc...)

This has only occurred since the 0.49 update for me.

Occurs in both 1st and 3rd person and on every server I have ever been on.

0.49 seems to have sorted some of my FPS issues however I still don't get the FPS I think I should be. I average around 15-20 in towns/cities and 25-40 in "the wild".
