I was able to to get unstuck luckily i had enough space to sprint and vault out. This by no mean could be the solution, but it worked for me.

my only issue is with items under the bed and above closets and what not, tried proning, crouching and TAB they dont show up. However sometimes i get the take item, but with that you can put whatever other items you in your pockets in the one you trying to exchange for.

yeah my case i just ran into the military building with a cell, not sure if it was to to conection or not, but now im stuck in it, reported too, didnt see this one..
