I uninstalled a bunch of applications, that I had installed in the last month or so. It seems as though that has solved my problem. Arma III is running Again and I just enjoyed a couple of hours of great gameplay.

Now I included the needed files in the NEW zip file.

Having same problem. Bottom half of my throttle on the joystick does nothing really, and just makes it really hard to know when I am at zero throttle, which is exactly when the throttle lever on the joystick is perfectly centered. It would be so much easier, if it was zero, when the throttle lever on the joystick is in it's lowest possible position.
It makes no sence to be able to set throttle to a negative value, so please fix.
