can confirm this, one zombies make noises like many other zombies.
But i am afraid there are making noises :)

yep confirmed.
but there can not walk in to every room.

For example the pino house, when ur upstaires in the room the zombies can not access. ( http://dayz.gamepedia.com/File:PianoHouse_2a.jpg )
also in the prision in the military bases. ( http://dayz.gamepedia.com/Prison )

i have the same issue sometimes, so when you are reading "Testing 1 2 3" log directly off, and then login, on the same server, and you spawn with your gear.

I have this issue when i login on an server that stuck on start

and overall are items, near the Car wracks, near the ruine, barn etc.

i found out that nearby this place where some tents, so may it depends on this.
