found AKM in barracks at Military base NW of Balota.

with 2 75rd Drum Mags, I am unable to reload when drum is empty or full.
No option to reload.
Can remove and swap manually.

this has happened to me twice. Not all items ruined. I am checking everytime I walk down steps now, because that is the only activity i have been doing that may cause it.
