Couldnt agree with all 4 points, enough. Prime takeaway is fix the base game before adding content. Base game is great but the experience is significantly degraded by the above problems. Ive lost count of the amount of players that started playing loved the concept then learnt of these flaws and didnt want to invest any further time in the game.

In reference your character getting sick thats on you. Take care of your character and get medical supplies then learn about the medical supplies and immunity. However, i have seen other players getting beated to. death by an invisible zombie. Thats definitely a bug!

Your most probably on a server that loot eco system is screwed by players duplicating items, something i recently found out about. I suggest changing servers each loot run to maximise chances
