+1 on Video Setting solution, it seem there is something really wrong. My previous guys (got killed few hours ago), have this constant blur issue even log off and log in or restart the game. this seem to just haunt me forever, so i need to go click the video setting button everytime i join game.

p.s. This problem also apply to the main menu screen for viewing your character
