After being attacked by an axe my screen has been mildly blurred. I figured this was from blood loss, however I've quenched my hunger and thirst many times and as far as I can tell, no blood has regenerated and my screen is still blurry. i have restarted the game, switched servers, etc.

Happened to me yesterday while running around, no apparent cause. Tried eating and drinking a few times and nothing happened. Ended up jumping off of a roof in Cherno just to start over and get rid of it.

I have been dealing with this as well. Got hurt early one, vision became blurred, I got better, colors came back but blurred vision never cleared up. I didn't know about the video settings fix mentioned above but I unintentionally fixed it by crafting a gas lamp/canister and turned it on and off. Almost as if changing the local light properties 'reset' the blur settings to what it should be.

+1 on Video Setting solution, it seem there is something really wrong. My previous guys (got killed few hours ago), have this constant blur issue even log off and log in or restart the game. this seem to just haunt me forever, so i need to go click the video setting button everytime i join game.
p.s. This problem also apply to the main menu screen for viewing your character

+1, having this happen on entering a server on starting game from scratch. Entering video config and exiting without changing anything fixes it atm.
