An update, as I was incorrect previously and it seems the issue is that the GUI seems to be stretched to 1/3 of the screen width including bezel correction, rather than being limited to say, a 1920x1080 resolution in the centre of the screen. Hence some of the GUI elements, such as ammo counter, are behind the bezel.

Agreed with Rolexman.
The ingame menu HUD shouldn't be offset from the left monitor by a standard monitor resolution but rather should be centered depending on whatever bezel corrected screen resolution is ran.
