Things you can try to make the experience better: pause the game, and set the priority for the game in task manager to high or above normal. You could also use the properties tag by right clicking on the game icon and set it to run at a higher priority automatically when you launch it. Setting a higher priority will prioritize processor time for your game by giving it the first crack at resources.

Happens to me when certain friends login to server and come into close proximity. After they log isssue goes away. Try logging to another server one by one until you find the player that's bugging you out. Then don't join each other's servers.
This is The biggest Bull Crap Its Nothing To Do With Your Friends Its Your Connection maybe your losing connection or have a prosses runing in the back ground.
