I am with this 100%. Only question I have is "will the particles be just for look or will they have the ability to kill or maim a soldier?". IE: a ammo truck gets hit with an RPG and the exploding ammo then starts flying in all directions possibly dropping a few soldiers around the truck and causeing cover with secondary explosions.

Fixed it. I think it might have been a driver. last night i sat down and re-did all the drives and now it is working fine. not sure what driver it was since i did them all and then booted game.
