Update:

Switched to experimental, the game did not crash, but rubber-banding was present, died teleporting through a house.
I will upload a dxdiag report for you now.

I'd like to play the game, and obviously cant right now, i understand there are a lot of issues with other people but even if you post to say your working on it for me so i know.

I have uploaded the .rar folder for you to see. I will switch to experimental now and see if the problem continues, at that point ill try and upload a dxdiag report for you.
