I was not sick at the time, went into the ocean for about 1 minute swimming, and I can't loot my backpack or my m4 that are floating by me. The clips for my m4 switch in and out of the backpack in the water as well, sometimes having 24/35 slots available, sometimes having 30/35.

Happened to me as well a few times in a row between Kamyshovo and Electro. Can't access menu or anything. Also, when I restart the client, my old character still shows up on the main menu.
