Agree. If they want unique loot there, basebuilding shouldn't be possible inside. If they want people to basebuild there, there shouldn't be unique loot inside (I'd be fine with just the new backpack spawning there, but I'm not ok with 50% of what is considered high tier loot being limited to the bunker you can easily claim with your crew).

the 1.18 patch caused a lot of issues with code locks, on top of their already annoying jankiness. Code locks are in a dire need of upgrading
