I'm experiencing major FPS drops since 1.19 went live, an issue that didn't exist for me before the current patch. I keep all my settings the same (everything set to medium, except for water reflections which I've disabled; v-sync on, fullscreen. 1080x1920).

From a steady 60 fps in previous versions, it's now dropping down to 30. The game feels very choppy. Lowering the settings has no effect on the FPS drop.

Tested on official servers, community vanilla servers, modded servers and in offline mode. Both on Livonia and Chernarus.
