I have not enabled or disabled anything from within the launcher, I have modded the .cfg file slightly but this was after i had tried it multiple times.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times now and still the problem persists. Thanks for your help.

Forgot to mention when I force close the game from Task Manager I get this error 0x00000001 – UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI I have rolled back drivers to no positive outcome. Included my report.
