I was able to start the game and play a little multiplayer but I'm not sure if it was the flag or the update. Do you want another data dump?

Finally got a chance to try the latest version just now. Game started up first try (windowed mode) and I was able to get into the video settings and set everything to lowest possible settings. I even got to play most of the chopper mission.

I've had a few driver crashes since my last successful run of the program, so I hope the log files you are looking for are in there.
