It doesn't matter if I open it after loading a tutorial or first thing after loading the game, any time I click on the Video Settings button the game crashes. I verified that I was able to open the Audio Settings without issue. {F18316}

Finally got a chance to try the latest version just now. Game started up first try (windowed mode) and I was able to get into the video settings and set everything to lowest possible settings. I even got to play most of the chopper mission.
