I am experiencing the same problem. For some reason I can only move in the prone position, I swam to the island and can stand up, but once I try to move I flop back down into prone. I tried to swim back but ended up crawling under the water and drowning... Now I respawn in the middle of the water and can't swim or run to shore. I drown almost instantly
