basically my friend fell off a pier near svetlo and he tried to swim back to land but the area of land wouldnt let him out of the water, like a invisible barrier or something, we assumed it was glitched as it let me walk past that point into the water but wouldnt let him ont he land, almost asif the land was above sealevel even though i could enter in and out of the water while standing (could be because he was swimming?) anyway due to this we just thought it was his PC so i got him to restart dayz. now heres the problem:

when he spawned back in he is standing underwater like halfway in the sand on the sea bed he cannot move or do anything he can vault but it goes no where just vaults on the spot after a few seconds he dies (you are dead message) but can still access his inventory ect, and when he logs out and joins a different server he is rolled back to being alive but still stuck in that same position underwater.

ive been down with a scoped mosin to try and kill him, no luck. he has reinstalled the game even though the data is all server based we thought wed cover all bases.

we tried to rename his character which is supposed to reset your character, no luck. we have also tried to locate the server he originally glicthed out on to attempt to "respawn" when dead as allthe toher servers do not give him the option and some one said to try the original server but we cannot find it.

i have spoken with moderators on teamspeak who advise the dont have the abilty to do character resets or roll-backs and advised me to try a few things (vault back to shore, rename character) but none of these solution seem to work.

he was fully geared but there is no point being there underwater so he ditched it all, we ask if you can reset his server character. we are happy to ditch all the equipment and his gear thats not a problem our problem is not being able to play a brilliant game together.

please help us out you are out last hope.
