So the solution is to lie there and wait for my character to die... Not a great solution.

Completely stuck inside the building. Cannot hit re-spawn. Frustrating that the respawn option is not available given alpha status and thus the chance of bugs is high. At present I can log in but cannot leave my 2 x 3m prison :(

only option is to respawn... 3rd life down the drain having to respawn instead of waking up :(
