I have this as well. have also seen bullet holes appearing when inside buildings and using baseball bat. Can't tell if 'bullets' have any effect on Zs or players.

Same problem for me. Pain to change windows UI scaling every time and then back again to see other programs. Windows 7 64 bit. Standard UI scaling @ 150%.
