Same issue here, just will not land

Added pic showing low CPU usage and low gpu usage and it's very common. I keep hearing that the CPU is limiting the GPU usage but how can that be if it's only around 25%.

They should had this fixed by now as it was around in Arma 2 as well.

the 0% is the GPU usage which it was changing to 0% to around 18%.
