I had another drive with a 23H2 Windows install on it and booted into that and installed the game, and made it through an entire 128 person WCS game with no freezes whatsoever. Microsoft pulled the 23H2 iso so you'd need to get it elsewhere, but if you can test that it may provide another data point. On my primary/newer Windows, I'd get freezes up to ~twice per minute, so there's an obvious difference here. There are more differences in the two installs than just the Windows version since that Windows install is years old and from my previous build, but that's gonna be the biggest difference, and 24H2 did make a lot of CPU and AMD related changes.
Do you think the performance is still good with everything else in that version, I really only play arma, so I wouldn’t mind going back if it fixed but didn’t mess with everything else
I didn't notice any performance differences, but my PC is pretty beefy and new so I'm probably above average there and already get 120-140 FPS with high settings. Regardless it would be 1000% worth it just to get rid of the freezes which make it virtually unplayable. I'd play on 40 FPS if it meant no freezes.

Did you ever end up trying to go back to windows 11 23H2? I was thinking about it but didn’t know if that was a fix.
