Im going to have to agree with this one. I am having the same exact issue and I am not able to spawn in at all. No matter what server I join or where I go. I either get you are unconscious or you are dead but I am not able to respawn at all.

This same thing happened to me after picking up an m4 rifle in the school house at elektro.
