Hey man I figured out the problem for me at least. What i did was set vsync off, go into my evga precision x and set the fan speed to be adaptive as the temp increases. I have now been able to play the game like nothing. Hope it helps you guys out too.

I keep getting this error too. My specs are i7 @3.2ghz, evgagtx560ti, 6gb ram,win7 64bit. Please help i cant play the game for more than 10 min straight.!! Thanks
