I can't believe this hasn't been voted more. I agree completely; food was hard enough to find to begin with, let alone now.
I almost starved and dehydrated to death in Elektro. Even the grocery store was empty. Had to keep running back to the pump for water.
I'd heard rumor they were going to institute hunting, which would make me care about scavenging less if it was implemented - but it's not.
I THINK this is a result of individual server-side mods for 24/7 Day servers. I've been on some day servers where the sun seems fine, and other times it's a concrete-penetrating-halogen-ball-of-blinding.
See if you guys get the bug on a few particular servers or if it's everywhere?
So you had a beret but not a shotgun? Sounds like that might be the guilty suspect.
DooM, I had this happen and logged out by the SWAF, in the middle of the street, so I doubt that's the issue.
I did, however, have a beret (new item), as well as a sawed shotgun.
