Oo I forgot that i have Overall visibilty set to 12000m , decresed to 5000 and 75 fps :)

Same issue

Windows 8 x64 on SSD
ARMA 3 DEV & STEAM on HDD
CPU: i7-3770
RAM: 16GB
Running on 1GB ATI HD 4800 Series
Also have active Intel HD Graphic 4000 for second Monitor
