Okay, this is a point I'd like to put in.

So yes women are becoming a larger force in several militaries, and you're demanding that they make it more realistic by adding them into the game. So by that logic would they have to add child soldiers to the mix? Because they also have become a large role in poorer militaries and rebel forces (Eg. Sierra Leone where both sides used child soldiers.

I don't know if it has any relevance to the subject but that's my observation.
