I have uploaded a mission.sqm for you to check out. I placed a rifleman as player to monitor whats happening. Jet Alpha 1-2 is supposed to taxi to a Hanger and then stop in front of it. But it gets "confused" and taxies to RW 04R, where it takes off and start to circle the base.
Jet Alpha 1-3 is starting in front of a hanger and is supposed to taxi to the runway. But it just goes cross country and then hits a hanger on its way.

Another thing I noticed was that a at first placed Alpha 1-2 at
Position X:14443.912 Y:16137.444 Z:0
Rotation X:0.077 Y:359.933 Z:42.509

What Alpha 1-2 then did was that it turned right and drove cross country to RW04R. I really dont know why, because the waypoints instructed it to move down 04L, turn left and taxi to a hanger and stop.

I am not expecting you to re-install your OS.
I just wanted to tell how I solved my CTD/BSOD problem. And since I had problems with both ACBF and Arma 3, I suspected a failed DX11/PhysX driver.
My expirience told me than instead of hunting fixes in the games and drivers, it makes more sense to clean up entirely and make sure its not my system that is in fault.
if I have CTD/BSOD Again I will start hunting Arma 3 as the faulty module instead.
In my case it was my system.
Also there is a few DX11 features, not supported in Win7.

I was having the same problem. Random crashes to desktop all the time. Sometimes I could play for 5 minutes and have CTD, sometimes for 30 minutes before CTD.
"Arma 3 has stopped working"
Sometimes a CTD was not enough ind I got a BSOD instead.
Overall Arma 3 was unplayable.
I did the DX11 test and had no problems.
Recently I installed Assassins Creed Black and in that game I also got CTD.

My investigations in the dump files from BSOD gave me a suspicion that it was a problem with DX11 and maybe PhysX drivers.
So 3 days ago I swiped my computer completely and went from a Win7 to a Win8.1
Now I am running a complete clean install. Only WinUpdates was rolled on the system. No other drivers or anything installed.
Then I installed Steam and Uplay and I can now run both Arma 3 and ACBF without any problems. I yesterday I played 3 hours Arma 3 and my son is just playing as I write this, creating some really BIG battles in the editor and there are no CTD.
