After I have seen your report, I think it is because the models (buildings) have an extra transparent "wall" that the renderer can't pierce through.
I guess that the chapel has 6? corners visible, but maybe a bigger invisible "wall" in the outside of the building-model.

I can agree. Locked the door of the big green house and some other doors and the "locked"-item did not show up.
Only the open-item was shown and the door did not open (because it is locked).
